DACK Outdoors has some of the best pricing on suppressors in the entire USA! Why pay full retail prices when you can save big with us?

What's the process for buying a suppressor online?

Please check out this article to see the steps for purchasing a suppressor online with DACK.

Why should I buy my suppressor from DACK?

We focus on a high volume of orders, not large profit margins. Most local dealers and big box stores see suppressors as a way to charge full retail to their customers.

Just like all of the other products on our website, we get massive discounts from our suppliers and pass on the savings to our customers! So we've gotta ask you: Why pay more somewhere else?

On top of our amazing prices, you're going to get a massive selection of suppressors - not just from our local inventory, but from the inventories of our huge network of suppliers as well!

Is buying a suppressor online similar to buying a gun online?

Yep! The main difference is that there is a Form 3 that we must first have approved by the ATF before we can transfer the suppressor to your dealer. Since we file this electronically, it means the process is as quick as possible - usually within a week!

PLEASE NOTE: It's imperative that you make sure your local dealer is able to handle suppressor transfers, which means they'll have to have a valid Special Occupancy Tax (SOT). Do this PRIOR to placing an order on our site, as suppressor/NFA Item orders that are canceled due to a customer not being able to get the required FFL and SOT from their dealer is subject to our Cancellation Policy, including a 5% Cancellation Fee. This is the last thing either of us wants!

How long does the transfer to my dealer take?

In short, a few days to a couple of weeks.

Some of the suppressors on our website are in our local warehouse, while many are in our supplier warehouses. Once we have your dealer's valid FFL and SOT, we can begin processing your order. If the suppressor you selected is located at a supplier warehouse, they have to first ship it to us, which can take a few days to a week. Then we have to file a Form 3 to ship it to your dealer, which can take a few days to a week.

If the suppressor is located in our local warehouse, then it cuts the supplier step out. Either way, this gives you time to get your photos and fingerprints ready for your Form 4! We keep you updated via email the entire time, and our customer support is just a chat away :)

How do I go about coordinating the transfer of the suppressor to my local dealer?

During checkout, you'll select your dealer (or add some basic info if they're not listed). Then, all you have to do is have your dealer email us a copy of their FFL and SOT to: sales@dackoutdoors.com with your name and/or Order Number in the subject line! This is a very common industry standard that your dealer should be very familiar with.

Who prepares my Form 4?

The dealer you have us ship your suppressor to will help you with filling out your Form 4, which is why it's important to make sure your local dealer is willing and able to help you with this before ordering with us. You will usually start this process once your dealer receives the suppressor that we've shipped. However, you can always start collecting the required photos and fingerprints necessary while you wait!
