What activity?
Choose anything you like, for example:
Walking (at a brisk pace, i.e. ideally at least 5-6 km per hour)
Climbing stairs
Swimming
Running
Yoga
Cycling / Spinning
Jump rope (skipping)
Dancing / Zumba
Any sport (like badminton, table tennis, football etc)
Strength training (squats, push-ups, presses, pull-ups, planks etc)
Focused stretching
Any combination of the above
If you need to, break it up into smaller chunks of time that add up to 45 mins for the day.
Your total workout time including focused stretching time counts.
Most importantly, use this as an opportunity to do something you enjoy ππΈπΎπ₯π!
Note:
Having a busy day where you walked around the office/home quite a bit, while admirable, does not count π! We really want you focus on making time for and consciously engaging in, a physical activity.
