Examples of activities/exercises you can do

The activity rule is that you must spend 45 minutes daily on exercise.

This question is worth 1 point! So a 'Yes' answer to this wins you 1 point, a 'No' wins none :(


What activity?

Choose anything you like, for example:

  • Walking (at a brisk pace, i.e. ideally at least 5-6 km per hour)

  • Climbing stairs

  • Swimming

  • Running

  • Yoga

  • Cycling / Spinning

  • Jump rope (skipping)

  • Dancing / Zumba

  • Any sport (like badminton, table tennis, football etc)

  • Strength training (squats, push-ups, presses, pull-ups, planks etc)

  • Focused stretching

  • Any combination of the above

If you need to, break it up into smaller chunks of time that add up to 45 mins for the day.

Your total workout time including focused stretching time counts.

Most importantly, use this as an opportunity to do something you enjoy πŸ“πŸΈπŸŽΎπŸ₯ŠπŸ’ƒ!

Note:
Having a busy day where you walked around the office/home quite a bit, while admirable, does not count 😐! We really want you focus on making time for and consciously engaging in, a physical activity.
