Setting up your remote neurofeedback practice can have its challenges, so we’ve done all that we can to minimize them for you. With Myndlift, you can view your clients’ sessions live - it’s as if you’re in the room.

Opting to be notified by email that your client has started a session gives you the opportunity to immediately observe their raw EEG in real-time and to make any threshold adjustments as you see fit. The raw EEG signal will be displayed on your dashboard only once the client has successfully logged in, clicked "Start", and then allowed the app to successfully detect and connect with the headset. The headset must also be placed on the head.

There are 2 ways to view their live EEG signal:

The first is from the client’s profile page, click on “Go to live session” on the left-hand side.

On the left of the live session view, you can see how long they’ve been in the session, and what game or activity they’re currently training.

At the top of the screen, you can see information about the clients’ headset, active and reference channels, and protocol.

You are only able to adjust the thresholds manually when viewing the data live. You may do so by using the toggle on the screen and then adjusting the threshold per frequency.

The second way to access the live session page is to simply expand the side menu, click “Manage Programs” and then click on the “Live Sessions” tab to find the client you wish to view.
