Exporting your upcoming checks as a PDF makes it easy to share schedules with teams or contractors who might not have access to Gearbelt. It’s also handy for keeping a snapshot on file or sending a copy ahead of site visits.
If you’re on-site, a printed version is a practical way to brief the team, assign tasks, and tick off checks as you go - especially in areas with limited connectivity.
To export your upcoming schedule checks, follow these steps:
1. Access the 'Schedules' section. By default, you will be directed to the 'Upcoming Checks' tab
2. Select 'Download PDF' to generate a PDF export
Note:
You can customise what your export will look like by editing the register columns (select 'Edit Columns' > Tick/untick the fields as you want to display them, reorganise them as required)
You can group assets by different parameters (select 'Group' > select the grouping category between Schedule, Location, Asset Category)
Use the search bar to bring up specific items only
