Best practices

  • Setup your NCR template as workflows to clarify and standardise the steps in the review process

  • Setup workflow notifications at each step in the workflow to notify the right person at the right time (instantly)

  • Include a photo field so that visual evidence/records can be attached

  • Use list fields where appropriate, to make filtering the register easy (eg. type of NCR, package, status), and filter by the list items on any analytics charts

  • Include a text field for NCR title/description, then in the template builder settings, display this title/description field on the form thumbnail
