There are 2 photo download options:
Download the original file
Download as company-branded PDF (shown below)
These download options can be accessed in 2 places:
1. When viewing a single photo
When you click to open a photo, the download options appear in the top left of the screen:
2. When viewing all photos (bulk select)
When viewing the photo timeline, if you select one or more photos, the download actions appear along the top.
Note: You can select multiple photos at once by clicking the checkbox in the top right of every photo, and can select all the photos for a particular day by clicking the checkbox next to the date.
