Removing users can either be done at an organisation level (removing them from all folders) or at an individual folder level
To remove a user from all folders:
1. Go to Home Folder
2. Select the Users tab
3. Flick between the different user types to locate the users name, depending on their user type
4. Click on the check box next to their name
5. Click Remove
Note: You will need to be an Org Controller to remove a user from all folders.
The user will then receive an email notifying them they've been removed from the Team(s) and/or Project(s).
To remove a user from a specific team/project folder:
1. Go to the relevant folder
2. Select the Users tab
3. Flick between the different user types to locate the users name
4. Click on the check box next to their name
5. Click Remove
Important note: Whilst the user is removed from the folder(s), their previously added data (forms, photos, etc) will remain inside Dashpivot
