To adjust someone's permissions in Dashpivot:

  1. Go to the home section of the relevant folder (Home Folder, Team Folder, or Project Folder)

  2. Click on the 'Users' tab

  3. Each user's permission level will be displayed beside their name on the far right 'Permission' column

  4. Click the dropdown in this column and select the desired permissions

Note: If you need to grant the user higher permission access than the folder they are currently in, you'll need to delete them from the current folder and add them at the folder level desired.

For example, if you wanted to change their permission from a Project Controller to an Organisation Controller, you would delete them from the current Project folder they have access to, and add them as an Organisation Controller in the Home Folder.
