Overview

The Frequency chart is used to track the volume of forms created over time. This is most useful when you want to:

  • See how often something occurs eg. incidents, defects, delays

  • Keep track of compliance KPIs eg. inspections completed per month

Like all charts, you can setup a Frequency chart either at a company level, or within a specific Team folder.

How to set up a Frequency Chart

  • In a Team folder, your charts can only refer to Templates in the same Team folder

  • At company level, your charts can only refer to Templates in your Template Library that have been deployed to at least 1 Team Folder

Steps

  1. Go to Analytics

  2. Create a Dashboard, or open an existing Dashboard

  3. Click 'Add chart'

  4. Choose 'Frequency'

  5. Select which template will be the source

  6. Your chart will appear! By default it will be shown as the 'Bar chart'

  7. Try adjusting the settings or applying filters to analyse your data further
