In Dashpivot, a chart gathers data from a specific template and represents this information in a graph. These charts will be created within a dashboard & each dashboard can have multiple charts.

Charts update in realtime based on the information your team is recording inside your forms. They can also individually be adjusted with various filters and settings, to help you slice and dice the data in a way that suits you.

There are 3 types of charts available:

Note: You'll need to have Team Controller or Project Controller permissions to create charts within a team folder, or have Organisation Controller permissions to create these within your Home folder.

Steps to create a chart:

  1. Click onto to the dashboard you'd like to add a chart to.

  2. Click Add Chart in the top right-hand side

  3. Select the type of chart you want to make

  4. This will create a blank chart, ready for you to configure

  5. Click the 'x' in the top right-hand side to exit/save the chart
