Dashpivot has scan and sign capabilities when used in conjunction with the Sitemate mobile app (also available on tablets).

The Sitemate app is a digital ID card designed specifically for the workforce and personnel on site. Sitemate does not support physical cards or the printing of cards.

Sitemate understands that traditionally physical cards are used for your work. The Sitemate app provides a free digital ID that removes the need to create, carry and maintain physical cards.

My workforce doesn't have phones

We are aware that not all members of the workforce have smartphones. At this stage, due to the relatively small % on an average site where a worker does not have a phone, it is not feasible for us to invest in infrastructure to support physical cards.

My workforce doesn't want to use the digital ID

Privacy is important! Your data isn't used anywhere outside of the app.

A few privacy notes:

  • The Sitemate app does not request or track your location.

  • You own the data within the Sitemate app, and can delete it at any time.

  • There are no fees, and your data is not sold or distributed for any reason other than use with digital site processes.

Why would I use a digital card over a physical card?

Pros of digital cards:

  • Can be managed by the workforce

  • Can't be lost

  • Don't have to pay for printing equipment / plastic / card holders for new cards and replacement cards

  • Cards are universal - can be used on any site

Cons of physical cards:

  • Can be shared amongst crews

  • Frequently lost or damaged

  • Don't integrate with site documentation
