How to change the email address linked to your user account

At this time, its not possible to change the email associated with your user account.

However, there is a simple workaround you can follow to make the switch, by creating a new account and deleting the old one:

  1. Go to the relevant project/ team folder and send an invite to your new email address

  2. Follow the prompts provided via email to set up the new account

  3. Remove the old user account which used your old email

  4. Make sure you log out of all devices and log back in using your new email

Note: If you don't have permission to invite or remove users, you will need to ask your Dashpivot admin for assistance.
