When setting up a new project or onboarding a team, adding multiple users at once can save you time and help everything run more smoothly. It ensures everyone gets access to the folders and templates they need from day one, with the right permissions already in place.

This approach reduces admin errors and speeds up setup - it is especially useful for larger teams or site rollouts.

How to manually invite users at once in Dashpivot:

To manually add multiple users at once, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the 'Users' section, where you can then see the navigation bar for the User Types.
2. Enter the first email in the user text field. Press comma (",") or "Enter" key.

3. The first email will be entered as a blue pill. Just add as many as you need separated by commas or press 'Enter' after each one.
4. Click 'Invite Users'.

Invited users will either receive an invitation to activate their Dashpivot profile or, if they already have one, automatically get access to the folder they've been added to.
