When setting up a new project or onboarding a team, adding multiple users at once can save you time and help everything run more smoothly. It ensures everyone gets access to the folders and templates they need from day one, with the right permissions already in place.
This approach reduces admin errors and speeds up setup - it is especially useful for larger teams or site rollouts.
To manually add multiple users at once, follow these steps:
1. Enter the first email
2. Press comma "," or "Enter" Keystroke
3. First email is entered as a blue pill
4. Repeat steps 1-3
5. Click 'Invite Users'
Invited users will either receive an invitation to activate their Dashpivot profile or, if they already have one, automatically get access to the folder they've been added to
Tips:
You can make the process even faster and input multiple email addresses at once by copying and pasting a string of email addresses separated by a comma, such as: john.smith@gmail.com,jane.doe@gmail.com,joe.bloggs@gmail.com

To upload a CSV list of your users, follow these steps:
1. Click 'Upload Users'
2. Drag and drop OR upload the csv file containing the user emails. Ensure that it fits the correct format: it should have in column A an 'Email' header and the emails listed in the below cells. You can download an example file and replace it with your data
3. Click 'Confirm'
4. The users will then appear as Pending invitations, where you'll be able to switch their Permission level as required
