When setting up a new project or onboarding a team, adding multiple users at once can save you time and help everything run more smoothly. It ensures everyone gets access to the folders and templates they need from day one, with the right permissions already in place.
This approach reduces admin errors and speeds up setup - it is especially useful for larger teams or site rollouts.
To add multiple users at once, follow these steps:
1. Enter the first email
2. Press comma "," or "Enter" Keystroke
3. First email is entered as a blue pill
4. Repeat steps 1-3
5. Click 'Invite Users'
Invited users will either receive an invitation to activate their Dashpivot profile or, if they already have one, automatically get access to the folder they've been added to

You can make the process even faster and input multiple email addresses at once by copying and pasting a string of email addresses separated by a comma, such as: john.smith@gmail.com,jane.doe@gmail.com,joe.bloggs@gmail.com
