Once a Sitemate Link has been created, you'll need to send it to the relevant people so they can start filling out forms via the Sitemate app. The simplest option is to copy the link and send it as a URL either via email or text message.

The link can be copied it from the creation window:

This works well when you know who to send the link to. However, if you're unsure who to send the link to, it may be more useful to print a QR code poster and stick it on the wall of your site or office.
