How to reset your Dashpivot password

What to do if you cannot get into your account

Please note the support team is unable to update passwords on our end!


If you are on the mobile app:

  1. Select Login

  2. Click Continue on the Sign in popup

  3. Enter your email and click Continue

  4. Click on the blue text ('Click here') next to Forgot your Password

  5. Check your email for the Reset Password email


If on Desktop:

  1. Enter your email and click continue

  2. Click on the blue text ('Click here') next to Forgot your Password

  3. Check your email for the Reset Password email

  • Reset password email validity

    The Reset Password link is valid for one hour from the time of issuance. After one hour, the Reset Password link will expire, and you will need to initiate the password reset process again.

  • What if I don't receive the Reset Password email?

    Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't receive the email, click on "Forgot Password" on the login page to receive a new reset link.

  • No longer have access
    If you no longer have access to the email, you will need an administrator to delete the user/email in Dashpivot (Desktop) and add your new email into the desired folder.

  • Only User
    If you are the only user on the account & still cannot get access, please notify our support team of this and we will confirm your identification & help you to log in.

  • Deleting an Organisation Controller
    You cannot delete organisation controllers, please notify our support team and they will assist you in completing this action.
