When a form is downloaded as a PDF and it contains photos, those photos appear in the body of the form as thumbnails, which can be quite small. However, you have the option to include those photos at the back of the PDF in one of the following arrangements:

  • None

  • 1 photo per page (includes meta data such as date stamp, GPS location, etc)

  • 2 photos per page

  • 4 photos per page

  • 6 photos per page

  • 8 photos per page

  • 10 photos per page

The default setting is '1 photo per page'. This includes: the date and time of the photo, a map of the location where the photo was taken, any tags applied, description and comments added. This option is best if you wish to display all the information relating to each photo.

You can access and change this setting via the template editor:

1. Click Edit Template

2. Click Settings

3. Click 'Download Settings'

4. Scroll down to the setting called 'Photos per page in PDF downloads'

5. Select the number of photos you want to include per page at the back of the PDF downloads using the dropdown. The default setting will be 1 photo, with alternate options for 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10

6. Save the Template for the settings to take effect.

Note: this setting affects all forms regardless of the template version they were created with.
