The Dashpivot Visitor user type is reserved for providing external user access to your Dashpivot workspace. Our customer commonly use this permission type for their clients, consultants, auditors, or subcontractor managers/supervisors
Their email address must be a valid work email address (the domain cannot be a gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc)
Their email address must not match your company domain (ie. you cannot add an internal person as a Visitor)
Important: You must have at least one domain defined in your workspace settings in order to add Visitor Users, so that Dashpivot can distinguish between internal and external users. This can be accessed in your Home Folder > Settings > Billing but changes can only be made by contacting our support team via live chat on the Dashpivot website.
