Dashpivot Updates
🔐 Single Sign-On (SSO)
We now support SSO, which is a technology that allows your employees to access multiple systems using a single set of login credentials. This is a more convenient and secure way to access Dashpivot and Flowsite, and depending on your Identity Provider (IdP), will allow you to enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) as an added measure.

🎨 New list item colours available for fields and table cells
We've introduced 7 new colours which can be assigned to list items in list fields and table cells, if the list items are manually typed. The new options allow you to customise the way you record data in your forms, in turn making them easier to read.
⬇️ Share forms as PDF in the Dashpivot app
In the Dashpivot app, you can now download forms as PDF to your local device storage, and share them to other apps you have installed. This helps speed up your workflow whilst on site or on the go.
✨ Other updates
Branded invite emails: we now include your logo and brand colour in the invitation emails that get sent to someone when they're added to the system, making your emails look professional and trustworthy.
Deploy via the sidebar: you can now deploy templates and lists directly via the left navigation bar, allowing you use the search bar to find the relevant folders you want to deploy to.
List improvements: the list item column and properties are now fixed on screen, so as you navigate your lists, you won't get lost.
Improved public template library: We've revamped the way you can search and filter our free templates. You can now browse multiple industries and roles at the same time, or use our new global search to find what you need faster.
Flowsite Updates
👥 Team Timesheet Support
We now support both daily and weekly team timesheets, where you have multiple people listed in a timesheet or daily diary. This data can feed directly into Xero using via Flowsite, our integrations tool. To configure team timesheets, all you need to do is set the the employee/name column in your table as the employee source.

✍️ Fill out timesheets on behalf of someone else
This update allows you to choose whether a timesheet should be attributed to the form creator in Dashpivot, or an employee selected from a dropdown list inside the form. In Flowsite, you'll see that you can now specify the employee source.
