We've introduced the ability to archive list items in both parent and child lists, ensuring historical data is preserved while keeping active lists clutter-free. This update helps maintain cleaner workflows by focusing on current items while still allowing access to past records for reference and compliance.

You can now freeze the first column to remain visible while scrolling horizontally, providing better context and clarity for efficient data entry and review. This update enhances usability, making it easier to track information across wide tables.

You can now add hyperlinks to Prefilled Text cells in your tables, making it easier to reference external sources in your documents. Additionally, while filling out a form, you can include hyperlinks in both Single Text and Multi-line Text fields. This helps you quickly reference and access relevant information in your forms.

You can now add multiple logos or images to the header of your templates and forms. This is helpful for joint ventures, companies with multiple brands, or showing accreditations like ISO, OSHA, or Quality and Safety certifications.

We’ve introduced a new setting which allows you to define the case style for custom PDF filenames - lowercase, uppercase, or title case. This gives you greater control over file naming, helping you meet system constraints or internal file naming conventions.

You now have more control over text formatting with new alignment options for multiline and prefilled text fields. Choose from left, centre, right, or justified alignment to improve readability and presentation.

You can now sort forms based on Single Line Text fields, displaying them alphabetically - with numbers and special characters appearing first. This offers a useful alternative to sorting by creation date or date fields, helping keep your records organised in a way that suits your workflow.

You can now choose an indented layout for Prefilled Text Fields in Template Editor. This new update will help improve form consistency by aligning them with other text input fields, making the form feel more polished and easier to navigate.

Following the launch of the List Property field on the Dashpivot website, this update will allow you to auto-populate table cells with List Property values on the Sitemate app. For example, if you select "ABC Contractors" from a List, you could auto-populate the Primary Contact Number and the Address fields from the List Properties.

Following the launch of the Person Field on the Dashpivot website and Dashpivot App, this update allows you to select users directly within forms on the Sitemate App. The Person Field displays a list of all Dashpivot users in the Team folder, making it easier to select and add people to forms - such as site supervisors or inspection attendees.

The inspections, faults, and schedules (formerly servicing) modules have been redesigned into a streamlined experience. Related forms have also been merged into each section – for example, Inspection Forms are now managed directly within the Inspections module. Each area now includes an improved register with filtering, column controls, and search functionality.

Flowsite now supports the List Property cells on Dashpivot tables, allowing you to extract List property values from Dashpivot forms and populate these values into your Xero Timesheets, Invoices and Bills.
