In our form builder, we have the option to add a List Property field in a default table.

On a form, the List Property field will be automatically populated with the list property value that relates to the list item selected on a form.

Learn more about how to setup up list properties in a list.

Steps to adding a list property table cell in a template:

  1. Create a new or edit an existing template

  2. In a default table, add a List column by selecting the List table field type from the dropdown underneath the Column name

  3. Select Link to a List in the List Item Source, and then select a List to link

  4. In another table column, select the new List Property table field type

  5. In Referenced List, select the List that is the source of the List Property

  6. In the List Property section, select the List Property that will be populated in the column. The list properties that are available for selection are text, number, date and expiry date list properties

  7. Click to save the template

Note:

  • The number of available list property table cells you can have depends on your subscription type:

    • Standard: Up to 3 list property table cells per template

    • Pro: Up to 10 list property table cells per template

    • Premium: Up to 25 list property table cells per template

    • Platinum: Up to 50 list property table cells per template

  • List property table cell fields are now compatible with Flowsite, allowing you to power up your Timesheet, Invoice and Bill templates and flows using your List Property fields data
