There are 2 types of Date fields available in our form builder:
Date Range: Enables input of both start and end dates
Single Date: Allows you to enter a single date only
By default, the field label is set to 'Date'. However you can customise it by clicking directly into the field.
There is also the flexibility to switch between various Date field types. Simply hover over the field icon to reveal the available options and make your selection.
Note:
For Date fields (Date range or Single date), the date selected doesn't adjust to your timezone - it will appear the same regardless of the timezone of the person filling out or opening a form. As you want Dashpivot to be the source of truth, specifically when recording crew hours, date fields will display the same date and time regardless of the user's timezone, ensuring more accurate and reliable data
If you need the date fields to adjust to the timezone, you'll need to use the Date - Timezone Aware
