The Photos field allows the user to upload a photo and/or video onto the form

This field gives the options to either take the photo/video directly through the Dashpivot App, upload from your mobile device/PC or select from existing media within the Dashpivot Team folder

There are various sizes available, ranging from XS (Extra Small) to XL (Extra Large) - this will dictate how large you display the media on the form

By default, the field label is set to 'Photos'. However you can customise it by clicking directly into the field.

There is also the flexibility to switch between various Photo sizes. Simply hover over the field icon to reveal the available options and make your selection

For L and XL photos, you have the option to display a description or photo tags underneath. Select (L) or (XL) from the photo option in the side bar, and drag and drop into the template editor.

Hover your mouse over the option bar shown below and the menu will expand.

Select 'Include Photo Description' and 'Include Photo Tags' to enable this feature.

Now descriptions and tags will show in your forms and will allow exported PDF's to contain photo tags and description.
