How to archive a list on Dashpivot Web

Archiving lists helps keeps your workspace clean, without losing information.

When a list is no longer in use/required, you'll want to archive it to move it out of your Active view and into the Archived tab.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the folder where the list was originally created (e.g either in the Home Folder/Project Folder)

  2. Click on the List Library tab at the top

    1. Note: If the list was created in a Project Folder, click the Lists tab at the top

  3. Select the list checkbox (or select multiple if you'd like to do this in bulk)

  4. Click Archive

You can still access archived lists and the content within them by toggling to the Archived tab.

Note: We strongly recommend you do NOT delete lists, as you will lose all information contained within them, and any associated analytics references. This content may not be able to be recovered.

Restoring Lists

If you accidentally archived a list, you can restore it by toggling to the Archived tab, selecting the list(s) and clicking Restore. Once restored, the list will appear in your Active tab again.
