All Plan Types
Customers subscribed to our Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans all have access to:
Dashpivot Contributors (licenses for your internal workforce)
Free Sitemate Users (ability to create single-submission links/QR codes for your workforce to access forms)
Unlimited number of templates
Unlimited number analytics dashboards
Unlimited number of lists
Unlimited number of folders
Unlimited photos and videos
Standard Plan
The following is not available on our Standard Plan, or has limitations:
Dashpivot Visitors (free licenses for external workforce) are not available
Sitemate Paid Users (ability to create ongoing submission links/QR codes for your workforce to access forms) are not available
Limitation of up to 250 template fields
Limitation of up to 10 list properties
Approval signature logic (ability to restrict who signs off on your forms) on workflow templates is not available
Multiple Dashpivot workspaces are not available
Single Sign-on (SSO) is not available
Pro Plan
The Pro Plan is our most popular plan, suited for companies who collaborate with external contractors and parties.
Unlike the Standard Plan, our Pro Plan includes access to:
Unlimited Dashpivot Visitors (free licenses for your external workforce)
Sitemate Paid Users (ability to create ongoing submission links/QR codes for your workforce to access forms)
Multiple Dashpivot workspaces/brands
Approval signature logic on workflow templates (ability to restrict who signs off on your forms)
Single Sign-on (SSO)
The following limitations apply on our Pro Plan:
Limitation of up to 500 template fields
Limitation of up to 50 list properties
Enterprise Plan
The Enterprise Plan is our most advanced plan, typically for larger organisations with complex projects of all sizes. The Enterprise Plan has all the access to features as our Pro Plan, with some added benefits:
Up to 1,000 template fields
Up to 100 list properties
Priority support with our team
Access to complete a security audit and/or security questionnaire with our team
