Dashpivot Updates
✨ Custom PDF filenames
This feature allows you to customise the PDF filename of forms you download from Dashpivot. The filename can incorporate many fields, such as dates, folder names, IDs and more.
Importantly, filenames are custom to each template, so you can have different filename formats for different templates.
📊 Product usage information
With this update, you can now see the feature inclusions and limits of your Dashpivot plan, which may help you understand when it might be time to consider upgrading to a plan that better suits your needs.
✍️ Edit your signature via the Dashpivot app
You can now easily update your signature directly via the Dashpivot mobile app. Simply go to Profile & Settings and click Edit Signature to make changes.
Sitemate App Updates
📍 Photo location capture
Photos/videos taken in the Sitemate app or uploaded from your device gallery will now have location metadata recorded. This will allow you to see where photos were taken via the map view when later viewed in Dashpivot.
📙 Clear draft forms
You can now clear draft forms in the Sitemate app, which may be helpful if you want to start over. This can be done by clicking the ellipses button (three dots) next to the form.
Gearbelt Updates
🗄️ Asset register improvements
In this update, the asset register in Gearbelt has been extended to support all fields related to your assets, so you can customise your register to your needs. You can now hide/show more columns, rearrange columns, and group assets by more fields.
🏗️ Streamlined asset importing
We've simplified the asset importing process by providing an easy-to-use excel template you can download and fill out with your assets, then upload into Gearbelt to bulk import.
Flowsite Updates
🎨 Interface refresh
We've launched a major update to the Flowsite interface which makes it much simpler for you to manage all areas of your Flowsite workspace. The Flows and Runs modules have been rebuilt to make config and management of flows much more user friendly.
🚀 Trigger Excel and PowerBI Flows Manually
A new feature of our PowerBI and Excel flows is the ability to trigger a run manually, which is great for testing that flows are working correctly during setup and config.
Available on Flowsite Pro plan and up.
🔌 Sitemate Open API
Our brand new Sitemate Open API is now available in beta! The Sitemate Open API is built from the ground up for you, and will make setting up custom applications with Sitemate's suite much easier and simpler.
