We typically don't recommend deleting data in Dashpivot, but if you created a form by mistake or no longer require a specific form, you have the option to delete it directly via the app.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Select the relevant form

2. Once in the form, select the three blue dots at the bottom of the screen

3. Select the 'Delete form' option to delete the form
