We typically don't recommend deleting data in Dashpivot, but if you created a form by mistake or no longer require a specific form, you have the option to delete it directly via the app. Managing forms within Dashpivot also depends heavily on user roles and permissions. For example, Project Controllers can manage forms within their assigned project folders, while Organisation Controllers can delete forms across the organisation
Here are the steps to follow: These steps specifically apply to deleting forms on the Dashpivot mobile app.
1. Select the relevant form
2. Once in the form, select the three blue dots at the bottom of the screen
3. Select the 'Delete form' option to delete the form
Note: if you deleted a form by mistake, you will be able to undo the action immediately after (see below image). If you need help recovering a form, please reach out via our Live Chat for our support team to assist
Additionally, if you encounter issues deleting a form, verify your permissions and confirm your role with your Organisation Controller. Only users with Project Controller or Organisation Controller permissions can delete forms not created by them. For further support, consult your system administrator.
