The Dashpivot app is designed to let you record and submit data on the go, using templates that have already been set up in your workspace.

To create forms, you will need to first access a specific folder under the relevant project:

Once you're in the relevant folder, you will find yourself in the Photos Library of the folder. In the middle of the bottom of the screen, you will need to click on the form icon:

Once in the Forms section of the folder, you will need to select the template for which you need to record a form (in this example, a new ITP):

You will then be redirected to a view of all the existing forms recorded for this template. Select the green '+' button in the bottom right corner to start a new form:

This will automatically create a new blank form for the template selected, that you can then complete and save to submit:
