Access to certain register views is dependant on the user permissions, but as a general rule, anyone who has access to that particular folder, will be able to see the registers.

Org Controllers or Org Members, are the only users who will be able to access registers within the Home Folder (as well as any other folder within the workspace).

All other users will be limited to see the registers of the folder(s) in which they've been given access to. This applies to both internal contributors and visitors.

Note: No Sitemate Users will be able to access any register views.
