The information shared to a user who has access to multiple Dashpivot workspaces, is entirely dependent on the permission type they have been granted in each workspace.

Learn more about the available user permission types and their access levels (Note: this is applicable if a user has been invited as a Contributor or Visitor)

Example:

A user could be an Org Controller in one workspace - this is the highest level of authority within the organisation & has view of all company data/templates.

However, if that same user is also invited as a Team Member to another workspace, they will be limited in seeing only the data (e.g templates/forms/photos) within the specific folder they've been invited to.
