By default, at the bottom of every form, there is a button which allows you to add form attachments. This helps keeps all files together in the one spot & ensures that everyone is referencing the same version of the attachment.

Only PDF files are accepted to upload in this field - Word, Excel, JPEG etc are not accepted.
