The Runs tab in Flowsite lists all the connections made between Dashpivot & QuickBooks.
If you notice that a run has received an error, below lists some of the common errors/warnings & how to rectify them:
Error/Warning | Explanation | Action |
No invoice to process | No line items were present on the form to be transferred to QuickBooks | Make sure the invoice contains line items, and try again |
Customer could not be found in QuickBooks | The customer selected could not be found in QuickBooks | Make sure customer names are identical in all systems |
Item could not be found in QuickBooks | The item selected couldn't be matched to an item in QuickBooks. | Make sure item names are identical in all systems. |
