Common QuickBooks flow errors in Flowsite

The Runs tab in Flowsite lists all the connections made between Dashpivot & QuickBooks.

If you notice that a run has received an error, below lists some of the common errors/warnings & how to rectify them:

No invoice to process

No line items were present on the form to be transferred to QuickBooks

Make sure the invoice contains line items, and try again

Customer could not be found in QuickBooks

The customer selected could not be found in QuickBooks

Make sure customer names are identical in all systems

Item could not be found in QuickBooks

The item selected couldn't be matched to an item in QuickBooks.

Make sure item names are identical in all systems.
