In Flowsite, you can track the number of connections made between Dashpivot & your other connected systems (e.g Xero, Quickbooks etc).

Each of these connections made is called a run & displays information about that particular sync of data including the Run ID, Created Time & Date, Status, Flow ID & any errors. This history of runs can be found in the Runs tab on Flowsite.

If the run has been unsuccessful, you will see the Status in the table is set to Failed & there will be an error message in the Errors column.

This means that the connection & sync of information was not able to occur, & it details the action required in the right hand column to help rectify it.
