An ePRO form built for one study can be saved as a template and reused, either in the same study or in another one. It saves rebuilding a questionnaire from scratch.
🔑 Prerequisite: ePRO Builder (Edit)
💡 Tip: once duplicated, the new form is independent of the template it came from. You can change it freely without affecting the original.
Save a form as a template

Navigate to ePRO forms
On the form you want, select the edit icon
At the top of the builder, select Save as a Template for a form in Draft, or ePRO to Template for a form already Published
Build a new form from a template

Navigate to ePRO forms
Select + Create New ePRO
Select Choose from Templates
Search for the template you want
Select Create
Add a template to a form you have already started

On the form you want, select the edit icon
At the top of the builder, select the + (Add Template) icon
Search for the template you want, browsing all tabs if needed
Select Create
