Duplicate your eConsent form

An eConsent form built for one study can be saved as a template and reused, either elsewhere in the same study or in a different one. It saves rebuilding a document you have already had reviewed.

  1. Navigate to eConsent Forms.

  3. At the top of the builder, select the + (Add Template) icon.

  4. Find the template you want, browsing all the tabs if you need to.

šŸ’” Tip: once duplicated, the new form is completely independent of the template it came from. Change it as much as you like: nothing you do affects the original, and nothing done to the original later reaches your copy.
