An eConsent form built for one study can be saved as a template and reused, either elsewhere in the same study or in a different one. It saves rebuilding a document you have already had reviewed.
Save a form as a template
Which control you use depends on the form's status, and both live at the top of the builder.

Navigate to eConsent Forms.
Select the edit icon on the form you want to save.
For a Draft form, select Save as a Template.
For a Published form, select eConsent to Template.

Starting a brand new form
Navigate to eConsent Forms.
Select + Create New eConsent.
Click Choose from Templates.
Find the template you want.
Click Create.
Adding a template to a form you already started
Navigate to eConsent Forms.
Select the edit icon on your form.
At the top of the builder, select the + (Add Template) icon.
Find the template you want, browsing all the tabs if you need to.
Click Create, then adapt the result to fit.
š” Tip: once duplicated, the new form is completely independent of the template it came from. Change it as much as you like: nothing you do affects the original, and nothing done to the original later reaches your copy.
