Builder advanced options:

Manual occurrences - This new feature allows the user to create occurrences manually for the ePRO. Previously, it was only possible to generate occurrences automatically based on a predefined schedule, which was limiting. With this enhancement, users can now manage the sending of occurrences more flexibly, enabling them to send the same ePRO multiple times as needed.

Print Blank ePRO PDF - You can now print the ePRO PDF blank even when the study is LIVE or ENDED.

Edit Center Code - You can now edit the center code even if the study is LIVE for center without any participants. Previously, this was limiting because new centers introduced during the study couldn't be accommodated. Now, it is possible to make these changes with more flexibility.

ePRO Survey List - We added an API to retrieve the ePRO survey list, providing all the necessary information to use the API and better manage ePRO.

Initiate ePRO invitation - Our customers can now send ePRO invitations whenever they want through the API. This feature is very useful if the customer wants to manage the ePRO using another device or connected device.

Appointment Schedule - We have added a new feature to create appointment schedules for recruitment studies. This allows you to create predefined schedules and visits that can be booked directly by participants online or by the research center.

You can create Open Booking or Sequential Booking. Open Booking allows more flexibility and scheduling based on the participant's availability. Sequential Booking automatically assigns all the visits to the participant at once, and the appointments can still be changed.

Visit List - You now have a visit list with all the necessary information per participant, allowing you to easily manage your visits and confirm them. You can also manage the visit status, application status, and payments with flexibility.

Payment per visit - We have added an option to manage the participant payment per visit.

Inclusion list - We improved user navigation for searches and multi-page views. Previously, when a user entered an eCRF from the third page of the inclusion list and then returned, they were always redirected to the first page. Now, users will be taken back to the same page they were on, enhancing the overall navigation experience.

Interface - We have updated our main interface, improving both performance and security.

eCRF advanced option - We have updated the translation for this new feature

eCRF Loader - We fixed an issue where the loader was not displayed to indicate that data was being loaded to be saved.

Rating question - We fixed an issue where locked rating question was not displayed correctly in the eCRF and the ePRO.

Slider - We have updated the slider design to fix a visual effect.

Subject Id Counter - We have fixed an issue where the subject ID counter (increment) wasn't stored when using eConsent.

Status update confirmation - We have added a status confirmation when pushing a recruitment study form draft to recruiting.

Schedule status - You can now publish or unpublished an appointment schedule

Calendar filter - We have added filter by center, center is now mandatory

Payment settings - We have fixed the blocking validation that was not allowing you to change your payment type even if the study was still in draft.

Survey - We have fix the position of the image to be centered.

Answering performance - We have enhanced the loading performance of the answer, which should now load more quickly.

ePRO sending - We fixed a defect where automation was unable to trigger ePRO occurrences and only sent the first occurrence.

Calendar week view - We fixed an issue where an event was not displayed on the correct day when weekend days were hidden.

Roles - We have improved the logic of role and permissions management for a study. Now, when answering a question in the eCRF, we always check the permissions to edit the eCRF.

Future dates option - We have fixed a defect in surveys where disabling future date/time was preventing participants from selecting hours on a previous day.

Measurement - We have fixed a defect that was blocking the export when data was null.

ePRO Automation - We have fixed an issue where ePRO surveys created through automation and sent to participants without email were marked as 'sent' instead of 'created'.

Translation - We have fixed the filter dropdown that was preventing users from scrolling when there were too many forms.

Performance - We have enhanced the loading performance of the eCRF page, which should now load more quickly, especially for large studies.

Documents - We have enhanced the loading performance of the document page, which should now load more quickly, especially for studies with a lot of documents.
