You can choose whether to collect certain personal information for subjects in your study. Two settings are available:
First name and Last name
Email and Phone number
What you select will depend on the study’s requirements. For example, studies using ePRO often need an email address and/or phone number to send questionnaires. Studies using eConsent usually require first and last name, plus at least one contact method to deliver the consent form.
📋 Best practice: Collect only the information that is necessary for your study. This helps reduce the handling of personal data and supports compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.

Go to Study settings.
Open the Options tab and click Edit.
Switch on or off First name and Last name and/or Email and Phone number according to your needs.
Click Save.
