Your personal details and the language Datacapt displays are yours to change, at any time, without asking anyone. One field is the exception, and it is worth knowing which before you go looking for it.
Update your details

Go to Settings.
Open Personal details.
Select Edit.
Make your changes, including your display language.
Select Save.
Two languages, and they are independent
Datacapt has two separate language settings, and they do not have to match.

đĄ Tip: the two are cumulative, so a French investigator can read the Datacapt interface in French while completing an eCRF written in Spanish. If the questions in a form are not in the language you expect, that is a study translation matter, not a setting on this page.
Your email address cannot be changed
Your email address is your unique ID on the platform, so there is no field to edit it.
â ď¸ Warning: if your email address needs to change, for example after a name change or a company merger, your administrator has to create a new profile under the new address. The old account and the new one are separate users, so the new one starts with no study access until it is granted again. For a change across many users at once, contact your Datacapt Customer Success Manager rather than doing it one by one.
