Predefined Sales Reports use preset formats for quick insights, while Custom Sales Reports allow you to choose filters, columns, and sorting for more tailored results.

Why doesn’t my Sales Report balance?

The totals in the payment section of the report do not always equal the totals in the sales summary section. The top portion of the report represents sales for the selected period, while the bottom portion represents payments made during that period. For example, if a transaction from a prior month was only partially paid and the remaining balance was paid during the current month, that payment will appear in the payments section for the current period but not in the sales section.
