π Overview
The Email Delivery Report is used to view and analyze the delivery of email notifications related to Appointments. Users can access up to six months of email notification history and retrieve records for individual customers when needed.
β οΈ Please note: The Email Delivery Report is available to the following user roles:
Headquarters Administrators
Location Administrators
Call Center Users (only if enabled in Settings)

Click the Reports tab.
Select Email Delivery Reports on the left.
In the Filter section, select the Date Range you're investigating. Start date must be within 90 days of the end date.
To view information for a single Customer or Staff Member, enter their email address in the Recipient email address field. If left blank, the report will include all email recipients within the date range.
Select the Location you want to report on. (Optional)
Choose the Email Notification Type to view records specific to that message (Optional). For example: Customer - Cancellation Email Notification, Staff - Confirmation Email Notification, etc.
Choose from the following View Options.
HTML
The HTML view opens the report in a new browser tab.
Excel
The Excel view downloads an XLS file containing the same raw data as the HTML report, excluding View and Print options.
Click Run Report.

π Overview
The SMS Report allows Headquarters and Location Administrators with detailed visibility into SMS Appointment Notifications sent to Customers for the last 6 months via the SMS Appointment Reminders plugin.
For more information about enabling and using the plugin, refer to the SMS Appointment Notifications article.
π οΈ Running the SMS Report
This report allows users to review both sent and scheduled SMS reminders, along with appointment-related details. Follow the steps below to access the SMS Report.

Click the Reports tab.
Select SMS Report on the left.
Choose a Location.
Select the Status of SMS.
Select the SMS Notification Type.
Set the Scheduled Send Date. Select a single date, or a date range of up to 90 days.
You may run this Report for a specific Customer.
You may run this Report for a specific phone number.
You may select whether to include a link to the Appointment in the report.
Click Run Report. Report will then open in a separate window.

Review detailed information for each SMS Notification, including appointment data, delivery status, timestamps, and SMS credit usage.

The SMS Report will include the following:
The phone number used to send SMS reminders to Customers.
Message details for each scheduled or sent reminder.
Appointment or Confirmation Number.
If an appointment link is included, click View for an Appointment Summary.
