Requirements:

  • Interac is not supported in Canada (iPhone only)

  • Discover acceptance is only available in the United States (iPhone only)

Tap to Pay on iPhone is exclusively compatible with DaySmart Salon, Pet, Spa, and Body Art when using our mobile app for checkout. This feature enables you to accept card payments seamlessly with your existing device while on the go. Please note that standard processing rates will still apply.


📦How to order your device

Ordering is simple and done on your time. Follow these simple steps.

  1. Log in to Stripe

  2. On the left side, click the Payments dropdown, then select Terminal.

  3. Scroll down until you see the Hardware orders heading, then on the far right, click the Shop button.

  4. Once on the shop's dashboard, select the device you'd like and add it to your cart.

  5. Once you have your devices added to the card, click the cart in the upper right and check out.

  6. Fill in your information.

  7. Select your preferred shipping method; cost and time are based on location.

  8. Fill in card information.

  9. Click the Pay $Total button.


📢 FAQ

Q: What if I only need a replacement charger

If you're having problems with the device not staying on, please check to make sure all cables are properly connected to the device and that other items powered by the same socket are functioning.

If you have extra chargers lying around, Stripe devices allow for alternative charging methods. Below is the list of which chargers will work for the devices

USB Type C

  • Stripe Reader M2

  • Stripe Reader S700 (12w Required)

  • BBPOS WisePad 3

Micro USB

  • BBPOS WisePOS E
