Getting started with Onyx is simple and takes only a few minutes. Follow the steps below to connect your account to Onyx and start trading.
Step 1: Access the Onyx Platform
Onyx is a fully web-based trading platform and can be accessed directly from your browser: https://daytraders.onyx-trader.com/login
There is no download required. If a mobile or desktop app becomes available in the future, this guide will be updated.
Step 2: Use Your Rithmic Credentials in Onyx
Sign in to your DayTraders Dashboard. Once logged in, copy and paste your Rithmic username and password and enter them on the Onyx login page. Then click “Sign In.”
Select the correct environment:
Simulated for evaluation and simulated Pro accounts
Rithmic 01 (Live) for live funded accounts
Step 3: Sign Your Rithmic Agreements for Onyx
You must sign your Rithmic data agreements before full access is enabled. These can be completed before your first login or immediately after signing in.
Be sure to select Non-Professional when signing your Market Data Agreements.
Step 4: Confirm Everything Is Working in Onyx
After logging into Onyx, confirm the platform is functioning correctly by checking the following:
Live market data is displaying
Account information is syncing properly
Trading and order management features are available
If everything appears active and up to date, you are ready to trade.
