Before You Start
Make sure you have:
An active DayTraders account
Your Rithmic username
Your Rithmic password
Access to the ArcTrader platform
Where to Find Your Rithmic Credentials
Your Rithmic credentials can be found in your DayTraders member dashboard.
To locate them:
Log in to your DayTraders account
Locate the account you want to trade
Copy or note your Rithmic username and password
These credentials are required to sign in to ArcTrader through the Rithmic connection.
How to Sign In to ArcTrader
To sign in:
On the login screen, select Rithmic
Enter your Rithmic username
Enter your Rithmic password
Click Connect
Once connected, ArcTrader will load your trading workspace.
Important Notes
Please keep the following in mind:
Make sure Rithmic is selected before logging in.
Use the Rithmic credentials provided inside your member dashboard.
Enter the username and password exactly as shown.
Passwords are case-sensitive.
If your credentials were recently created, allow a few moments before trying again.
If You Cannot Log In
If you are unable to connect:
Confirm that you selected Rithmic
Recheck your Rithmic username and password
Make sure there are no extra spaces when copying your credentials
Refresh the ArcTrader page
Try logging out of the DayTraders dashboard and back in
Confirm your account is active in your dashboard
If the issue continues, contact support with:
Your account number
A screenshot of the login issue
The system selected on the ArcTrader login screen
Any error message shown
