EOD Drawdown

How the EOD trailing drawdown works and where it stops, by size.

EOD accounts use an end-of-day trailing drawdown: the level only moves after each trading day closes, based on your closing balance. Your balance must stay above it at all times, including intraday.

How it works

  • It starts at your starting balance minus the max drawdown.

  • After a day closes at a new high, it moves up to that balance minus the max drawdown. It never moves down.

  • It stops at your starting balance, in the evaluation and in the Pro Account.
