This usually means one of the following happened:
They didn’t complete the account activation and KYC without interruptions
They installed the app without using your referral link
Or they already had Deblock installed or had a previous account
In any of these cases, the person won’t be eligible for the referral — and they won’t appear in your referrals list.
Only new users, installing the app for the first time using your link, and completing all steps properly, will count.
