Overview of the Welcome Bonus
The Welcome Bonus is automatically available to eligible new users after onboarding. No code or manual opt-in is required.
There are two versions of the Welcome Bonus, and the one you get depends on when you created your account. Your app always shows the version that applies to you — check the bonus tile on your home screen if you're not sure.
Bitcoin bonus: free Bitcoin, unlocked with a qualifying top-up and credited 30 days later.
Random reward challenge: a random reward
Both are one-time offers and can only be claimed once.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Welcome Bonus:
You must be a new user or an inactive user who has never funded their account or crypto wallet.
Your account must have been created during the campaign's active period. Accounts created after the campaign end date are not eligible.
Using a referral link does not affect eligibility for the Welcome Bonus.
Steps to Qualify
If you're on the Bitcoin bonus
Step 1: Make a qualifying top-up
Your pending Bitcoin appears in your wallet as soon as you finish signing up.
Make a qualifying top-up using any top-up method in the app to unlock it — the minimum is shown in the app. There's no deadline — until you top up, the tile shows a "Top up to unlock" button.
Step 2: Wait 30 days
30-day countdown starts from your first qualifying top-up. When it ends, your Bitcoin is credited automatically — nothing else needed from you.
The bonus is a fixed amount of Bitcoin, so the amount you see in the app is the amount you get. You carry no exchange-rate risk. Once it's yours, its value moves with the market like any crypto.
If you're on the random reward challenge
To earn the Welcome Bonus, follow these steps:
Step 1: Make Your First Deposit
Use one of the top-up methods available in the app, such as bank transfer, card top-up, or crypto on-ramp.
P2P transfers do not count as a valid deposit.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the app for each method.
Step 2: Stay Active for 7 Consecutive Days
Perform at least one valid action per day for 7 consecutive days. Missing a day resets the counter to 0, and you must start over.
Valid actions include:
Card payment (excludes topping up other accounts, gambling, crypto-asset companies, gift cards, cash withdrawals, and currency exchange services).
SEPA bank transfer
Card top-up
Crypto-asset transfer
Crypto on-ramp or off-ramp
Crypto-asset exchange

Time Limit
Bitcoin bonus: no time limit to top up — your pending bonus waits for you.
Random reward challenge: you have up to 6 months from account creation to complete the challenge.
Reward Details
Bitcoin bonus: you receive a fixed amount of Bitcoin, credited straight to your Bitcoin wallet in the app. Your bonus is credited as long as your account is still open and in good standing when the 30 days are up.
Random reward challenge: once you meet all the requirements, you will receive one reward at random. Possible rewards include a cash bonus credited to your account, or 1 month of Premium membership.
Rewards are credited directly to your Deblock account. Note that your reward is a one-time offer and cannot be claimed multiple times.
Which Welcome Bonus am I on?
It depends on when you created your account. The bonus tile on your home screen shows the version that applies to you and what you need to do to unlock it.
Can I get both Welcome Bonuses?
No — the Welcome Bonus is a one-time offer, so you'll only be eligible for the version that was live when you signed up.
Why does my Bitcoin bonus show as "pending"?
Because it's reserved for you but not yet credited. The tile shows the exact amount of Bitcoin you're getting, plus either a "Top up to unlock" button or your countdown.
Does the Welcome Bonus include a spin-the-wheel step?
No, the reward is granted randomly after meeting the requirements. There is no spin-the-wheel step involved.
Can I use a referral link to qualify for the Welcome Bonus?
Using a referral link does not impact your eligibility for the Welcome Bonus. However, you can still participate in the referral program to earn additional rewards.
What happens if I miss a day during the 7-day activity period?
If you miss a day, the counter resets to 0, and you must start the 7-day streak again.
