How do I start earning with Vaults?

Deblock has two ways to earn on your money, depending on whether you want to save in euros/dollars or in crypto.

In both cases, rewards start automatically after you deposit. Conditions vary from one vault to another - some let you withdraw at any time, while others have a lock-up period or a withdrawal period before your funds are available. You'll always see the exact conditions on the vault screen before you confirm your deposit.

1. Fiat Vaults (Euro & Dollar)

For saving in fiat. You deposit euros from your main balance - no crypto knowledge or crypto holdings needed. Both fiat vaults are fully flexible: no lock-up, and you can withdraw whenever you want.

  • Euro vault - earns a fixed rate depending on your plan.

  • Dollar vault - earns a variable rate. Your euros are converted to dollars and back on withdrawal, so the euro amount you get back can move up or down with the exchange rate.

How to start

  1. Open the app and tap "Main account" at the top of the app (just above your balance).

  2. Tap "+ New".

  3. Choose the vault you want - Euro or Dollar.

  4. Accept the terms (only once).

  5. Enter how much you want to deposit and confirm.

2. Crypto Vaults

For cryptos you already hold in your Deblock wallet. Available for USDC, EURC, EURCV, ETH, SOL, POL, HYPE and USDG.

Your crypto is put to work in a secure DeFi protocol or staking network - for example Morpho - which generates rewards in the background. Rates are variable and update in real time based on market activity. You don't interact with the protocol directly - you just deposit.

Terms differ from one crypto vault to another. Before you confirm, check the vault screen for:

  • Lock-up period - with some vaults, you start earning rewards immediately but can't withdraw your funds for a set period after depositing.

  • Withdrawal period - with some vaults, a withdrawal takes a number of days to complete before the funds land back in your wallet.

  • How rewards are paid - some vaults auto-compound your rewards (they're added to your deposit and earn on top), while others distribute rewards to you as separate payouts.

  • Network - some assets are staked on a specific network, which can affect how the vault behaves.

How to start

  1. Go to the Crypto tab → scroll down → Vaults.

  2. Choose the vault you want.

  3. Review the conditions shown for that vault.

  4. Accept the terms (only once).

  5. Enter the amount and confirm.

Your balance and rewards update in real time in the app.

What does "Underlying Asset" in a vault mean?

This shows the actual token your money sits in behind the scenes - it's what earns the rewards, shown for clarity and transparency.

  • Euro vault → your EUR is held as EURCV (always traded at par).

  • Dollar vault → your EUR is converted into USDC.

  • Crypto vaults → the token you deposited is used directly (deposit USDC, it stays USDC).
