You can quickly and immediately block any lost or stolen cards using the Deblock app.
Please follow these steps:
Access Cards menu on bottom of the app
Scroll until you find the card you wish to block
Tap "Freeze" ❄️
That is it! This card will not be accepted for any payments until you decide to unblock it by tapping "Unfreeze" 🔥
If you are certain that the card will not be recovered, you can choose to terminate it by tapping "Settings" and selecting the option Terminate Card, however, if you manage to recover the card you will not be able to use it - you must order a new card.
