Card controls let you decide how your card can be used. They're a quick way to add extra protection and keep your spending in check by switching specific payment types on or off.
Depending on your card, you can control:
International payments
ATM withdrawals
Online payments
Contactless payments
Monthly spending limits
Gambling transactions
📍 Where do I find them?
Go to Cards
Select the card you want to manage
Open Card settings
Tap Card controls
🔀 Can I turn them on and off whenever I want?
Yes - switch any available control on or off at any time. Changes apply to future payments only, so payments that already went through aren't affected.
💳 Are the controls the same for physical and virtual cards?
Not quite.
Physical cards support all of them: international payments, ATM withdrawals, online payments, contactless payments, monthly spending limits and gambling transactions.
Virtual cards focus on the controls that make sense for how they're used - monthly spending limits and gambling transaction blocks. Things like ATM withdrawals and contactless payments only apply to physical cards.
🔒 Do card controls apply to all my cards at once?
No - controls are managed per card. Turning off online payments on one card won't change that setting on your other cards.
