STEP 1
Go to your Shopify Admin Dashboard, and click Settings.

Click Apps and sales channels.
STEP 3
Search for the Debutify Product Reviews & QA app.
STEP 4
Click the ellipsis, and click Uninstall.
STEP 5
You can share your reason for uninstalling by choosing from the dropdown (optional).
Click Uninstall.
