Deleting a Subscription Plan
This guide is specifically for canceling your Debutify Reviews App subscription. If you are looking to cancel your Debutify Theme subscription, view here.
If you decide to discontinue your Debutify Reviews subscription, you can easily cancel it through your Shopify admin. Keep in mind that deleting a subscription plan cannot be undone, so be sure of your decision before proceeding.
How to Cancel My Subscription Plan for Debutify Reviews?
STEP 1
From your Shopify dashboard, navigate to Settings.
STEP 2
In the top-right corner, click on your account name and select Billing.
STEP 3
You’ll be redirected to the Billing page. Click on the ellipsis (⋮) next to your active plan and select Cancel Subscription.
STEP 4
Select a reason for canceling (optional), then confirm acknowledgment of the policy (mandatory) and click Cancel Subscription to finalize.
Note: Once canceled, the subscription plan cannot be restored, so confirm that you want to proceed.
